Refund Policy
Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) number within [30] days of delivery. Returns submitted without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging.
All components, accessories, hoses, fittings, pumps, and documentation must be included.
Custom-built, made-to-order, or modified units are non-refundable unless deemed defective by Superior Float Tanks.
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received.
After inspection, we will notify you of:
Approval of your refund, or
Rejection of your refund (with explanation)
Refund Method & Timing
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by credit card, company check, or the original method of payment, at Superior Float Tanks’ sole discretion.
Refunds will be processed within [5–10 business days] following approval. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
Labor
All labor charges are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Assembly
Installation
Custom fabrication
Electrical work
Plumbing work
Technical support
On-site service
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a [10–25%] restocking fee, depending on product type and condition.
Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for:
Return freight costs
Proper packaging
Freight insurance
Superior Float Tanks is not responsible for damage incurred during return transit.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos and documentation
We will evaluate and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
Custom orders
Used or installed units
Salt, chemicals, or consumables
Clearance or final-sale items
Labor charges
