1 Micron Peroxone Filtration Engine

$15,500.00

The 1 Micron Peroxone Filtration Engine is the commercial filtration system behind every Superior float tank, and you can add it to an existing tank. It pairs an NSF-50 filter with a UV-ozone system to keep float solution clear and sanitary between every session.

Install it next to the tank or in a separate room to save space, in our standard or slimline configuration. Accepts bag or cartridge filters. Includes the Unity Control Box.

How it works

  • Commercial filtration system built for float centers running sessions all day.

  • NSF-50 filter. NSF-50 certified components and filter housing, the standard health departments look for.

  • UV-ozone system. UV and ozone sanitize the float solution between every session. We are one of the only companies combining a UV-ozone system with NSF-50 certification.

  • Heating built in. A 3 kW all-titanium inline heater keeps solution at float temperature.

Built to be serviced

  • Clear Excelon PVC piping so staff can inspect flow at a glance.

  • Modular manifold connections and a 1-inch Starboard composite base on rubber feet.

  • Quiet: Iwaki magnetic-drive pump with a fan-less motor that reduces sound by up to 10 dB.

  • Bag or cartridge filters - your choice.

  • Remote-mount capable - put it in a mechanical room and keep the float room clean.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use it on a tank from another manufacturer?

It is designed as a stand-alone filtration engine. Contact us with your tank details and we will confirm compatibility.

Standard or slimline?

Standard is compact and low; slimline is tall and narrow (12 inches wide) for tight wall spaces.

Does it help with health department approval?

Yes. NSF-50 certification and UV-ozone sanitation are what inspectors look for, and we support the approval process.
